Individual Sports Performance


Individual sports performance will be conducted one on one with a sports performance coach, base on your skill level and needs. You will get a designed program tailored around your needs and sport. This is not just for the superior athlete, we conduct individual training sessions for all athletes including, pros, college, high school, amateur and recreation levels. We have a program that will fit you and get you the results you need.


Team Training


We develop varies of skills in a team environment. 3D Xplosive Performance team training will help improve speed, agility, explosive power and strength. The best way to motivate one another is in a team setting. It helps with chemistry, allow individuals to soar to new heights and allow everyone to be accountable. We put together a program that gives your team game time results.


Group Training


Group training is for small groups of 5 to 10 individuals who are looking for a certain kind of sport specific training. We cover a variety of sports including, Basketball, Football, Baseball, Soccer, Track, Hockey and Tennis. In this group training you will develop speed, quickness, explosive power, agility, acceleration, coordination, balance and mechanics. Group training also includes camps and clinics for variety of sports. Please contact us for more information and dates of our camps and clinics.



Adult Fitness


Regardless of your current fitness level, we have a program for you. If you are a competitive soccer, tennis, football or basketball player, we can help you achieve your competitive goals. If you are new to exercising, we can train you in a safe, fun environment with science-based, progressive improvement toward your goals. Adult fitness is a one on one personal training session with a trainer. This will be conducted with a fitness assessment first to determine your goals, strength and weaknesses. From there we will set you up with a program that best fits your fitness goals.

My training method involves a combination of resistance, strength, core and cardio exercises. After cardio routines and consistently working out under my program, you will see your body transform and your body fat percentage decrease. This is possible for anyone to attain, through a change in diet, hard work and dedication. It takes two to get results! So its the responsibility of the client as well as the trainer to obtain the results you want!
